Pressurized Integrated Low Pressure Injection Molding Machine JX-1800H

is integrated vertical single station side type injection equipment with air-draulic pressure cylinder design, adapted for small sized (less than 100*90*18mm) high valued electronic parts(PCBA, mobile battery, sensor, connector, LED, etc.) encapsulation.

Integrated design, in-built glue cylinder glue gun connected with plastic cylinder directly, take up less room. DELTA temperature control module for accurate temperature monitor, injection pressure adjustable. Manual clamping and emergency stop switch ensuring safe operation. Text screen display, pedal design conforms to human engineering requirements, convenient for operation.

Components have other options to control costs and improve equipment productivity and lifetime.
