It is a single station side type injection system to house/encapulate valued small sized electronics such as battery cell, PCBA, connector, sensor, control, etc.

1. Integrated vertical single station side type injection molding machine, designed with large room for multi-cavity moulds.
2. Single sol system with separared work station design, easy to fill in plastic materials.
3. Integrated gum pump and sol cylinders design for smaller space consumption.
4. LCD touch-screen display, English PLC system.
5. Plastic injection pressure adjustable, DELTA temperature controller, precisely monitoring of temperature condition.
6. Safe and convenient ejecting system, manual control on molds open and close, safety grating, emergency stop swith to simplify operation and ensure safety.
7. Components have other options for your choice to cut down costs and improve productivity and lifetime of equipment.
