is vertical single station side type low pressure plastic injection molding moulding equipment adapted for small sized (less than 300*120*150mm) high valued electronic parts(PCBA, mobile battery, sensor, connector, etc.) encapsulation/protection.
Integrated design, in-built glue cylinder glue gun connected with plastic cylinder directly, take up less room. OMRON temperature control module for accurate temperature monitor, injection pressure adjustable. Manual clamping and emergency stop switch ensuring safe operation. Text screen display, pedal design conforms to human engineering requirements, convenient for operation.
Components have other options to control costs and improve equipment productivity and lifetime.
