Product Description
This furnace to carbonize coconut shell is ideal equipment to for mass charcoal production. This type of smokeless carbonization stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonization which saves energy and increases the enterprise revenue.
1There have 4 of steel drums at the top of the machine body. Under each drum, it’s a small room to make fire.Carbonization furnace is a stove used to change biomass briquette into charcoal biquette.
The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly.
2The 4 drum have lids on top, and in the middle of the lids, there also connect with 4 pipes, is used for gases to escape (gases will come out when heating the drum). This pipe is called the "retort." Fill the retort with the chunks of hard wood and place the lid on top.This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quality of heat consumption.
3Place wood and start the fire at the bottom of the drums. Place the retort inside the drum, resting it on the fire.
4Wait for the fire to get really hot
5Keep an eye on the smoke. You should be burning for about three hours and the smoke should be……, which means that the water, tar and other compounds in the hardwood chunks are being released. Keep the temperature up by occasionally adding wood to fire.
6Watch for the smoke ……, which means the gases have been burned out. Pull the rods out to drop the retort into the burned wood and ashes, stopping the flow of air to the charcoal inside.
7Wait an hour, then lift the retort out of the drums. Wear welder's gloves, as the retort may not be cool enough to handle. Place the retort in dirt and allow it to cool further.
8After about two more hours, check to see if the retort is cool enough to touch. If so, remove the lid to check the results of your burn. If successful, the hardwood chunks inside should have reduced by about a third, and been converted to lump charcoal.
1.One stove could match with 2-3 inner pot to enlarge the capacity 2-3 times.
2.For each inner pot, from the briquette into charcoal, it takes about 6-8hours.
3.After carbonizing the first circle,the inner pots will put out and cooled outside. Then putting another inner pots into the furnaces.
4.Only to ignite the first furnace, and the airflow produced by it will be enough to supply the next furnaces. During this process, no smoke is released, and the hot air can use recycled which is a good way to save time and energy.
5.And the furnaces are equipped with the lifting crane which can help you to put and discharge the inner pots and charcoals easily
