Aotopto laser machine have passed testing and comply with the international standard. With CE, our machines own a good market in Europe. There is no problem to export machine to America with FDA.
If you want import machine to Egypt or some countries with strict regulation, we can provide fumigation certificate.
Q: How to choose among different models?
A: AZ/AZ-D Series: Sliding rail config. are mainly used for textile industry like fabric,textile,paper with faster speed
AZ-L Series: Square rail config.are mainly used for advertisement with higher precision for thick materials like acrylic, wood.
AZ-U Series: Up&down or rotary device is equipped for thick or cylindrical object on the base of standard series
AZ-H Series: Upgraded from D/L series, it’s equipped with square rail but larger working area
AZ-FH Series: On the base of AZ/AZ-D or H series, it’s suitable for both metal and non-metal.
Q: How about the package?
A: The machine will be wrapped with waterproof film and foam. We use strong seaworthy wooden box with fumigation to guaranty safe delivery.
Q: How about the delivery?
A: We have enough machines in stock. Exact delivery date is confirmed by actual order.
Q: Are you a factory or a trade company?
A: Yes, We are a factory.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China.

Q: How can I get the documents after shipment?
A: All original documents will be sent to the client by DHL after shipping, including packing list, commercial invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required.
Q: Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
A: We will arrange shipment for transactions based on FOB/CIF terms.
For EXW price, shipment should be made by clients or their agents.
