Characteristics:
The Low heat-rise rice Whitener Model CFN30A developed by means of latest patented techniques features :
1,The multiple air inlets for air entering into the whitening chamber
2,The new enhanced air-jetting technique and the air volume passing through the whitening chamber which is 28 times higher than that of the conventional rice whitener model NF30.
3,The new mechanical structures such as the receiving bin for cooling rice grains and the double adjustable counter pressure valves for air locking can increase the negative pressure inside the machine, hence realizing low temperature rice whitening under negative pressure.
4,Equipped with this machine, rice milling system can increase working efficiency, reduce the number of the rice whiteners to be adopted and power consumption, therefore it is a piece of equipment which is necessary in a low temperature rice milling system with a daily capacity over 100 t of white rice.
