Characteristics:
The Low heat-rise Rice Whitener Model CFN2525B developed by means of latest patented techniques features :
1,The multiple air inlets for the air entering into the whitening chamber
2, the new enhanced air-jetting technique and the air volume passing through the whitening chamber which is 2.5 times higher than that of the conventional rice whitener.
3,Adopted at the tail part of a rice milling process, this machine is able to increase the working efficiency of the rice whitening system, and reduce the number of rice whiteners and bucket elevators to be used and the power consumption as well.
4,Being applied for fine whitening of rice, it is suited to be incorporated in a 50~100t/d rice milling system for low-temperature rice whitening.
5,With air suction device to achieve dynamic cool rice,lower temperature, less chaff and incremental broken.
6,Applied magnetic separation device with double gate to flow into ,can get the rate of the rice fine-tuning.
7,Unique grinding white room design, replace rice sieve convenient&quick.
8,Unique double roller side by side, while higher feeding, production.

The multiple aie inlets for air entering into the whitening chamber, the new enhanced air-jetting technique and the air volume passing through the whitening chamber which is 2.28 times higher than normal type, the new mechanical structures such as the receiving bin for cooling rice grains and the double adjustable counter pressure valves for air locking can increase the negative pressure inside the machine, hence realizing low temperature rice whitening under negative pressure.
