Overview of Heated Screw Conveyor
- Heated Screw Conveyor is a kind of continuous transmission equipment and it uses rotation screw to convey materials. It allows multiple inlets and outlets. It is ideal for loose materials in the shape of powder and particles, such as cement, fly ash, sand, stone powder, grain, etc. But this machine is not suitable for materials featured by large viscidity, caking, or perishable.
- Working angle of Heated Screw Conveyor is in the range 0~45°. It can be used together with other conveyor devices. In concrete mixing plant, screw convey is ideal for conveying cement from cement silo to mixing machine and from cement silo to batching machine.
Features of Heated Screw Conveyor
- Adopt double-pitch paddles, which decrease the compression degree of material when being transported.
- Good seal performance, totally enclosed design for dust and vapor-tight requirements
- Flexible technological arrangement, easy to be installed, dismantled, and moved, safe operation
- Equipped with high-quality middle-hoisting bearing and tail bearing.
- Continuous feeding can be realized whether horizontally or in a large inclined angle.
- Compact structure, small cross section, light weight
