Q5. How long is your product warranty?
à Generally, 2 years after product has been shipped out.
Q6. Will you provide some samples for free? How about the ship way to customer’s destination?
à A) Yes, our free samples will be:
- a. Common micro switches: 5~10pcs
- b. Waterproofed micro switches (other high value products): 1~2 pcs
- c. Keyboard switches: totally, no more than 110pcs (one keyboard).
B) Ship way to customer:
a. To ship by customer’s express account, like UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT etc.
b. To pay us the shipment cost to ship out by UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT etc, which is more economical and convenient.
Q7. What’s the capacity per month?
à a. For micro switch series, our capacity is about 8 million pcs per month.
b. For keyboard switch series, it is about 15 million pcs per month.
