Product Overview
S100 series micro switch is a limit switch with self-resilient turning ability, the action speed is determined by the contact itself elasticity, does not rely on external drive speed to determine the opening and closing speed, so it is very practical for slow drive speed device limit and mechanical status detection and other occasions;
The microswitches of the S100 series are equipped with a mechanical forced disconnection operation. Even in the case of a short circuit, the contacts can be forcibly disconnected using an external operating force, for which reason the microswitches create a safe circuit loop;
S100 series micro switch has self-cleaning contact protection device can effectively protect the environment from dust, moisture and pollutants, so that the micro switch has high reliability and sensitivity, even at very low contact load, the reliability is still very high. Ideal for low voltage and current signals in automation control, interlocking, etc.;
S100 series micro switch internal fixed contacts all use copper plated with pure silver, dynamic contacts use more elastic phosphor bronze contact points inlaid with silver alloy contacts, with the advantages of small size, reliable control, strong through-current capacity.
