• HZS180 concrete-mixing batching plant includes two rows of cement silos, screw conveyors, belt conveyor, batching machine PLD4800, twin-shaft forced concrete mixing machine JS3000, computer controlling and measuring system, etc.
• During running time, all work in the whole concrete mixing plant is controlled by the computer control room. It can supply the concrete simultaneously for two concrete transportation tanks. Meanwhile, new control technologies are adopted, such as electronic weighing, compact control, and digital display, etc.
• Electronic weighing is equipped with shock-absorber and automatic compensation function; and the measuring accuracy is thereby much improved.
• Aggregate is fed by belt conveyor. Numerous advantages of HZS180 contributes to its wide applications in commercial concrete mixing companies and many construction organizations.

• JS3000 concrete mix is horizontal twin-shaft forced mixing machine with two advantages of independent performance or forming simple concrete mixing plants with PLD batching machines. It acts as the main machine for mixing plants. The twin-shaft mixer mixes evenly and efficiently. Its mixing quality is much higher.

• PLD4800 batching machine is automatic material distribution part used before the mixing process. It can fulfill automatically 3-6 kinds of material batching process like sand, stone and cement according to concrete ratio designed by user.
