Excellent Performance of High Productivity HZS50 Concrete Mixing Plant Machine ISO Approved
1) Maximum Mixing Performance
HZS50 concrete mixing plant is equipped with a twin-shaft forced concrete mixer with two horizontal axes, featuring high mixing efficiency. The equipment can be used to mix dry, semi-dry and plastic concrete.
2) Technical Requirements
1. After installation, the machine parts make no noise and can be moved flexibly.
2. The discharge chute can be open and closed freely and responsively. When it is off status, there should be no material leakage.
3. Safety performance of the electrical system should be in line with GB/T4094 standard.
4. Prior to machine commissioning, anti-rust paint should be applied to the machine. After the test is finished, spray the exterior trim paint to make indicative mark.
3) Simple Operation
The whole equipment set is controlled by the computer, which allows for both manual and automatic control. Via the dynamic panel display, users can better monitor the working status of all the machine parts. Meanwhile, production report can be stored and printed.
4) High Measurement Precision
Water, concrete, water admixtures adopt electronic weighing, ingredients of high precision.
5) Easy Transfer and Installation
The whole structure can be broken down into modular, individual units, including the batcher, belt conveyor, mixer, spiral conveyor, and pulverized mineral tank. The mixer can be subdivided into small, independent modules. When transferred to other job sites, the plant can be disassembled, transferred, and re-assembled easily and effortlessly. It is also supplied with various layout arrangements to suit the requirement of different work sites.
6) Control System
The high precision weighing system and industrial control computer are charged with the responsibility for data collection, automatic production control, real-time record of production data, and data management (including production report searching and printing). Machine models are selected from global markets, mainly of world-class brands. With optimized configuration, the system features good stability, powerful function, and simple operation.
7) Main Functions
1. Automatic, continuous production greatly improves productivity.
2. The machine can automatically adjust the batching times and mixing volume per batch. This reduces work lo ad as well as the possibility of operation mistakes.
3. Automatic weight compensation and material parameter adjustment improves the batching accuracy.
4. Moisture content in the material can be calculated.
