Description:

DNYL series high speed drinking straw extrusion plant is our new design in 2010.We have adopted the screw diameter 50mm instead of the screw diameter 45mm,and L:D is 28:1.The new design will more easy to plasticizing and increase the production capacity. It is an economic and perfect machine for produce the straw.

Characteristics:

Colours: Single,two, three or five, spiral stripes, straight stripes.

Cut-end:90°/90°,90°/45°,90°/60°,45°/45°,60°/60°

All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.

The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automatic gathering system.
The breaker ,AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER
