This QC11K shearing equipment can be used for cutting all kinds of metal steel plate, hot rolled steel plate,cold-roll steel sheets,galvanized sheet,galvanized sheet,clad sheet steel,color sheet steel. clad sheet steel, bridge steel plate, boiler steel plate, shipbuilding, armoured steel plate, auto steel plate, structural plate, building, household appliancessteel plate, etc. It also can coordinate with other special equipment to complete cutting and bending process.

Main feature

1. Hydraulic drive, nitrogen return, all-steel welded structure, stress relief by Vibration tempering, durable, smooth and fast.

2. Advanced hydraulic systems, precision sliding guide, eliminating the sliding guide gap, adjustable shearing angle to reduce deformation of the sheet, improving cut quality.

3. Travel of tool head can be adjusted according to the width of metal plate. The knife head has four knife blade, which can be flipped for many times using.

4. Shearing clamping device adopts independent oil pressure cylinder, plastic feet is adopted at the bottom to prevent scratching the workpiece.

5. CNC system and position encoder adopt closed loop control system. High speed and accuracy, good stability, ensure feeding displacement accuracy. Also, CNC system has automatic compensation, detection, and other functions.

6. Electric back gauge adopt servo motor and ball screw, seamless transmission, manually fine-tuning, digital display.

7. The cnc system stores 25 manufacturing procedure, call optional choose the processing solution, and automatically carry out , easy to operate.

8. Equipped with automatic concede function, which avoid the friction between the blade and the sheet metal
