It is convenient to roll taper work piece.

1. The machine consist of bottom base, up and bottom roller stand, main drive system, electrical system and so on. Bottom base and machine stand is welding structure, strictly control the welding quality and has steps of eliminating the inner force, to promise the machine have enough strength and rigidity under working condition, eventually guarantee the accuracy of the work piece.  Movement of bottom roller driven and upper roller vertical moving are controlled by electric. All operation adopts centralize electric control, easy for operation.

2. Working components Upper roller sits in two oilless self-lubricating bearings, locate at inside of the stand, make vertical movement driven by worm wheel on both sides.
