3. Application scope of wood hammer mill
It can be used for producing charcoal,briquette press, blocking making, pellet, sawdust press etc, the raw material

5.Operating rules for wood hammer mill
1). After installation, start the blower, check the direction it runs and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal.
2). Tie up a bag whose both ends are open around the outlet of the dust catcher.
3).Feed the material to be dried to the hopper. Remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit drying speed.
4). Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temprature at the outlet of the blower get to 100°C, begin feeding and drying.
5).Large piece of the material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favourable to feeding.
6.Cautions of wood hammer mill
1). The machine must be grounded well.
2).The exhaust vent of the dust catcher must not be indoor, a flue pipe should be made to exhaust the gas outdoor, and the chimney must be at least 500mm higher than the roof.
3.) The large grins of material should not put into the hopper.
4).When material does not get in easily, check the vane of the blower, remove the dust sticking to it.
