JN AKD-1136 Neutral Size
v Function
JN AKD-1136 Neutral Sizing Agent is the product of improvement and perfection of traditional high pressure homogenization process, and it effectively slows down AKD hydrolysis and becomes stable. In addition, its medium density of positive charge makes the AKD molecules retains well in the fiber to the maximum degree, resulting in much inproved sizing efficiency. This product effectively improves the printability of paper and ink absorbency. Meanwhile calcium carbonate can be used as filler and improves the whiteness, opacity, smoothness and many other physical properties of paper.

v Usage
Usually, add the product continuously before of after the high box with cationic starch and polyacrylamide according to the following order: cationic starch-AKD-polyacrylamide. General dosage of the said produc: 8-15 kg of the product for per tonne of paper.
v Caution
No mixture with other products. The product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.
v Packing
25 kg, 200 kg, 1000 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.

v Caution
1, The product belongs to the cationic system, avoid to mix with anion system directly in case of gel. Keep away from the steel containers.

3, The product is non-dangerous goods, by conventional transportation. Wash up if leakage happens.

50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
