JN PAM-1121 Surface Reinforcing Agent
v Function
BM-a Surface Reinforcing Agent is anionic polyacrylamide surface enhancer for size press and the gate roll coating process. In the coating process, this product provides the paper with improved surface strength, bonding strength and sizing degree. The product, as a reinforcing agent, can be used alone, or combine with starch or PVA. The product does not need heating or gelatinization. It mixes fully with both cold water and hot water, and helps improve the strength of coating process paper, fine paper and other paper.

v Usage
Conditions permitted; mix BM-a Surface Reinforcing Agent and water at the ratio of 1:2. And then add it to the prepared starch solution for surface sizing. Or the product can also be directly added to the prepared starch solution without being diluted. The ratio of BM-a Surface Reinforcing Agent and starch is generally 1: (15-30), and it can also be adjusted according to actual situation
v Caution
The materials for dilution tank and piping and so on should be made of FRP, PVC, PE and other plastic or stainless steel. Do not use dilution tank and piping and so on which are made of iron. Do not mix with other chemicals. As the product is acidic substances, if it contacts with the skin, then rinse with tap water. The product should be stored in a cool and shady place (5 °C - 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.
v Packing
200 kg, 1000 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
