Galvanized Water Tank
Sectional hot dip galvanizing water tank is a new type of water tank. Manufacturing and
installation is free form the affects of civil engineering . No welding equipment is needed.
Hot galvanized surface attractive and durable, good for health, can prevent secondary pollution.
Field-assembled using standardized block, blocks are bolted with nontoxic rubber inserts
in between.
Widely used as water storage for water supply, regulating tank, expansion&condensation
water tank for heating system as well as temporary water tank for construction and geological
prospecting and so on.
Water capacity varies from 1 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters, height may reach as great
as 5 meters.
Inflow, outflow tubes as well as return tube's diameter and place is decided by the designer,
passages of at least 7000mm is needed around the tank.
Water injection experiment: After installation, please open the inlet pipe, and adjust the water tank when injecting water. It will be qualified if no leakage after 2-3 hours.
Product introduction:
1. Use Q235A steel panel and press into 1220x1220mm, 1000x1000mm and 1000x500mm standard panel, make holes around water tank, through coated zinc surface treatment, and install on site. When installation, bolts and nuts collection and silicon sealing gaskets among panels.
2. This Product can be used to store and adjust water for building, and swell and shrink water for heating system. Also for building construction, industry and national defense etc temporary storage water tank.
3. The pipe diameter and position of inlet, outlet and overflow and drain pipe is confirmed by your designer. Around water tank there are more 700mm space, and more 600mm space below bottom and above cover of water tank.
4. Anti corrosion: all components are galvanized.
5. Water injection experiment: After installation, please open the inlet pipe, and adjust the water tank when injecting water. It will be qualified if no leakage after 2-3 hours.
