Principle
FRP oil separator is “three-level” no power oil water separating equipment,through the inside special device,when the oily sewage flow into the first level,the sundry tank will put the solid(including leaves,residue and other sundry) to closure directly;after into the second level,use the water flow kinetic energy,continuous to crack,grow from small to big,then to accelerated movement,make the oil of different specific gravity to shunt and layered;after into the third level,the waste water will following the inclind pipe down to do turbulent motion,use the difference of density to make the oil and water to separate;then flow out from the overflow weir,then output from the discharge pipe,and the oil droplets in the water will towards to up movement following the inclind pipe upper furnace,float in the tank of oil separator,then use collecting pipe to put out or make labour to put out.
Scope of application
FRP oil separator widely used on to separate the oil and water which the mixture including oil and water for all kinds of mineral oil(except raw oil),vegetable oil,animal oil and other mixed oils,like restaurant,boite,factory,hospital,school,government unit,repair shops,repair workshop,oil station and industrial and mining enterprises to produced oily sewage,is the necessary oil separator equipment for the kitchen,and it is also the ideal equipment for the garage discharge pipe to oil separator.
