2. Pelton Turbine/Impulse Turbine

Description of Pelton Turbine/Impulse Turbine

Pelton turbine is one kind of impulse turbine, used for high-head(50m-1300m) power plants. Impulse turbine normally using a spray nozzle to contract the flow so as to ensure the discharge and the flow direction, therefore the turbine efficiency hardly is changed by the flow changes. Thus the impulse turbine is widely used of it’s stable efficiency.

3. Turgo Turbine/Impulse Turbine

Description of Turgo Turbine/Impulse Turbine

Turgo turbine is one of impulse turbine, applicable water head 30 to 300 meter. The center of jet flow with runner gyration plane angled 22.5°. the water flow contracted by the spray nozzle , flows entering one side of runner and comes out from other side. The structure is simple and easily inspected and maintained.

4. Axial flow turbine/Kaplan turbine

Description of Axial Flow Turbine/Kaplan

Axial flow turbine is applicable for water head of 2m to 40m. there are two types, the fixed blade propeller which is generally used for the minimum change of discharge and kaplan turbine which has a adjustable runner to adapt the water head change so as to ensure the high efficiency . Some can reach 94%.

Description

AC synchronous turbine generator, applicable 50Hz or 60Hz, unit capacity from 50KW to 20MW, which is equipped by brushless or static excitation system and automatic voltage regulator device with±5% voltage regulation range. The winding of generator is made of qualified copper, and the shaft is made of forged steel.
