Product Introduction & Working Principle:
Spiral Classifier can be divided into single-spiral classifier and double-spiral classifier.
According to the depth of the spiral blade on the overflow end into the overflow level, spiral classifier can be divided into two types:
1. High weir type: The top side of spiral blade is higher than the overflow level and the spiral center of the overflow end is lower than the overflow level. This type of spiral classifier is mainly used for classifying ores whose overflow granularity is 25-90mesh.
2. Immersed type: The whole spiral blade of the overflow end is immersed under the overflow level and this type of spiral separator is mainly used for classifying ores whose overflow granularity is 90 - 200mesh.
According the granularity's different size and different gravity, the immere speed is different to big one and small one, the small granularity will be overflowed from water, the big granularity will be sank to bottom, then back to ball mill.
