1. Vertical Shaft Impact CrusherS
Vertical shaft impact crushers, also called sand making machines, are fine crusher styles based on the principle of impact and attrition. Vertical shaft impact crushers are appropriate for various environments, especially for crushing brittle, hardness and grind materials. Vertical shaft impact crushers give uniform product size which are the best available choice for artificial sand making of construction, irrigation works, building and mining industrials. Vertical shaft impact crushers would work safely many years as long as users check and maintain on time.
2. Applications of Vertical Shaft Impact CrusherS
Brittle hardness and grind materials such as ore, concrete, limestone, cobble, granite, metallurgy slag Secondary, tertiary and fine crushing stages or coarse grinding stage or shaped aggregate stage. Artificial sand making, concrete, beneficiation and grinding used in modern construction, irrigation works, building and mining industrials.
3. Main Advantages of Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers
(1)CSCB (F) (L)/CPL(S) series are based on the U.S. technology and it is currently the world's most advanced sand making equipment.
(2)Shell of product rotor with high wear-resistant liner and alloy of tungsten carbide blade assembly form, eliminating the need and cost to purchase new welding rotor or rotor`s shell.
(3)Oil lubrication system comprised of filter, oil cooler, oil heater, temperature switch. Increasing the speed of the rotor, reducing the possibility of misoperation.
(4)360 ° rotating hydraulic device for open the top cover (operational choice) will be easy for replacement of wearing parts and convenient to maintenance time of equipment and labor intensity.
We offer two types vertical shaft impact crushers, CSCB series absorb German technology with Oil lubrication system, CPL series are grease lubrication system.
