Panel Structure
solid core panel (SPB) is made of EPS cement compound;
While composite sandwich panel (FPB) uses EPS cement compound as core, calcium silicate boards as faces on both sides.
And reinforced panel (CPB) with acoustic proof materials or steel grid/bar as embedded layer for special requirements.

Application:

Q--How do I know if your panels meets the constructional standards in my country?
A--Free sample( yet freight and tax is on buyer) is gladly provided for you to run any tests of: fire proof, sound and heat insulation, anti-impact, radioactivity, etc. Realized this is an innovative structual material, most countries does not even have full standards for it, usually our customers apply for test reports and certifications locally.
Q--I want to set up an factory producing this panel in my country, how much fund and time needed?
A-- ZJThas set up 5 domestic and 3 overseas plant for EPS cement panels. The fund varies from the output, it takes about 2~3 months continuious efforts for us to guide the set-up. Contact us for further infomation please.
