Application
D type hydrapulper is mainly used for breaking waste paper and wet strength paper.
Feature
1. The rotor off the center position, so that the waste paper could touch the rotor more quick, and the frequency are higher.
2. The traditional waterpower pulper produces a unimpeded hydrocyclone,and waste paper move to the center rotor from the entrance according to helix track. But D series waterpower pulper changed the way it flow, and make the paper touch rotor quickly, thus it shorten the time to crush the paper and improved production capacity at the same time.
3. D series waterpower pulper usually combines with the rope twisting and sediment well.Rope twisting used for getting fid of all kinds of coil impurities in waste pulp, such as iron wire, rope, cotton yarn etc ,and the recommended rope twisting machine is ZTS1.There is a rectangle interface in the bottom of the groove body, it connect with sediment well. Then realize continue production while the impurity separating machine removing light impurities. And the weight impurities on the bottom of sediment well should be discharged regular intervals. Besides, the rectangle interface could just equipped groove to collect weight impurities to realize batch production.
