Raw Materials for the Napkin Paper Making Machine
Main Structure for the Napkin Paper Making Machine:
1 .Cylinder mold part: one set of stainless steel cylinder molde(1500mm×2300mm×2800mm), one set of couch roll (450mm×2300mm×2800mm ) which is coated by rubber, one set of stainless steel cylinder vat.
2. Dryer part: one set of alloy dryer cylinder(2500mm×2300mm×2800mm) , one set of touch roll(550mm×2300mm×2800mm) which is coated by rubber, pneumatic pressure device, and the dryer cylinder is also equipped with 2 sets of scraper knife and one set of double-layer dryer hood.
3. Winding part: one set of winding cylinder (900mm×2300mm×2800mm) ,wind paper on the sweat cylinder.
4. Paper converting section: one set of 1880mm rewinding machine with perforating and embossing 1set, 1 set of paper cutter and plastic bag sealing machine respectively.
