Processing transmission
Main frame of the equipment:
Head-box section:Especially chose open type headbox, which comprises step
diffuser, perforaled roll, and so on.The step diffuser is Grade 3,which is
made of organic glass.The top and bottom lip are made of stainless steel,
and can be global and local regulation.
Fourdrinier section:The length of fourdrinier table is 1800mm,and the stand
is welded with section steel, except the draw-out position with aluminum
alloy. Fourdrinier section comprises breast board roll, forming board,
slice, suction box, suction flat box, suction couch, electric tightener,
pneumatic corrector, cut squirt and so on.
Press part:Use suction feed paper leader, a series of vacuum press and three
series of straight-through press.
Dryer part: dryer canΦ1500mm×3800mm34 The arrangement of dryer cans
are 6+6+ 6+8+ sizing machine+8, adopt sealed gear drive, thin oil
lubricating.
Drives andcontrol:AC frequency conversion speed regulator, processing
transmission, digital sealed ring control system.
Calender & winding part: Equipped with super calender and horizontal winding
machine.
