Main structure for paper making machine
1.Cylinder mold part: 3 sets of stainless-steel plate cylinder mold ; 3 sets of equipped with couch roll,coated by rubber,equipped with 1 set of reverse roll.
2.Press part : (There are two press sections. Each section include one set top natural marble stone roll and one set bottom rubber roll.)Top roll: natural marble stone rolls 2 sets; Bottom roll :rubber roll 2sets,coated by rubber.Equipped with pneumatic pressure device.
3.Dryer part:alloy dryer can 10 sets; equipped with scraper blade 10 sets,equipped with dry felt device,semi-closed dryer cans exhaust hood 1 group.
4.Calendering part: calendering roll 2 sets,.
5.Winding part: 2100mm type horizontal pneumatic winding machine 1 set.
6.Rewinding part: 2100mm type frame-type rewinding machine 1 set.
