Vacuum fast cooling machine which mainly consists of a vacuum chamber, vacuum pumping gas system, cooling system, control system, sheet metal (304 high-quality stainless steel) components, such as shell. Is food enterprises for the preservation of fruits and vegetables, cooked food, lunch box, seafood, such as rapid and uniform cooled important and necessary equipment.
1 The machine is designed as the standard of safe operation, high efficiency and energy saving, health.
2 Rapid cooling. It can cool cooked food of 100 ℃ to room temperature of 25 ℃ in 15 minutes(suitable for the high temperature products).
3 The cooling time of only 20 minutes can drop to 0 ℃, so that the cooling process can quickly skip the bacterial growth temperature of 20 ℃ -50 ℃. Extended products shelf life (suitable for the low temperature products)
frame body: the whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, in line with the national food safety standards.
