The steam jet vacuum quick cooling machine mainly consists of a vacuum chamber, vacuum pumping gas system, cooling system, control system and sheet metal (304 high-quality stainless steel) components, such as shell. It is important and necessary for food enterpreses to cool down the cooked fruit, vegetable, seafood etc. quickly and evevly.
1 The machine is designed as the standard of safe operation, high efficiency, energy saving and healthy.
2 The equipment can cool cooked food from 100 ℃ to room temperature of 25 ℃ within 15 minutes(suitable for the high temperature products).
3 It is able to cool down the products to 0 ℃ within 20minso that the cooling process can quickly skip the bacterial growth temperature of 20 ℃ -50 ℃. Extendding products shelf life (suitable for the low temperature products)
frame body: the whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, in line with the national food safety standards.
control system: You can set a number of procedures to meet the requirements of different customers.
muffler: negative pressure pumping sound is too large, so an air silencer device is used to reduce the noise.
