In recent years, with the development of industry, waste tyre can play an important role , whether bias tyre or radial tyre, its main component is rubber, metal, textile,, these materials can be recycled. With radial tyre for example, 25% of steel wire can be processed into steel grit, as shipyard derusting, every tons of price is RMB5000, also can make steel ball for cement mill every tons of price is RMB6000. And 75% of rubber mixture, can be processed into fine glue powder, every tons of price is RMB3000, for other hand this waste rubber can be processed into reclaimed rubber, every tons of price is RMB4000, these material has been widely used in rubber industry, building materials industry and plastics, coatings, highway, etc. So waste tyre isn't junk but the recycling of renewable resources.
Main Processing:
1.steel wire drawer: separate the wire in the tyre.
2.whole tyre crusher: crush the tyre to 30-80cm chips
3.rubbing/cutting machine: coarse crushing, fine milling, separating steel wire etc .
4.rubber powder screener: grading the crude fibre and rubber powder.
5.Belt Iron separator: mainly applied for separating the iron materials from the rubber particles.
6.Magnetic roller Iron separator: can be effectively used for separating small iron powder.
7.rubber fiber separator: used in separating the fine fluff fibre mixed in rubber powder.
8. rubber fine miller: fine grind the rubber granule to 5-100mesh.

5-10mesh:The runway, the school playground, gardens, trail, bowling alley, sidewalks, , amusement parks, artificial turf soccer, nursery school sports venues ect
10-20mesh:Rubber floor tile, plastic runway, lawn quartz sand, tennis court, volleyball court, golf course, basketball court and leisure casino, EPDM safely pad, gym mat, all kinds of stadium mat ect
30-40mesh:Insulated material, waterproof materials, shockproof, washer, roof and wall of the modified asphalt waterproofing materials, additives, reclaimed rubber, livestock bedding ect 60mesh:Sleeper, rubber, waterproofing materials, reclaimed rubber, tire inside cushion, automobile body bottom seal, waterproof ring, rubber sundries and replace primary glue making rubber products.
80mesh:Modified asphalt additives, reclaimed rubber, waterproofing materials, size tire additives, sleeper, deceleration road arch, sealing strip, buffer, foam rubber, pearl felt pad, rubber piston, brakes bushing and other rubber products.
100mesh:Car bias tire auxiliary material, shoe special packing, sport equipment tire.
120mesh:Heat preservation material oil additives, car bias tire auxiliary material, auto refurbished the mat, shoemaking special packing, chemical sealant, all kinds of rubber mixture permeability.
200mesh:Building materials paint, tires, replace rubber production of rubber products.

Application:
This machine is a special equipment for crushing waste steel wire radial tyre under normal temperature, used to take out the steel wire of tyre in the scope of the size
Specifiction:
