1Injection System
The measuring mechanism can use potentiometer to check and control the material quantity precisely.
The speedy injector movement is driven by linear-track and worm gear decelerator coordinating with brake motor. The speedy movement is controlled by transducer.
2Mould Clamping System
Equipped with hydraulic cushion equipment, it allows 2mm thickness difference between 2 moulds on one Mould station. It save mould correcting time. Adopt effcient vacuum system and fixed mould stroke 320mm.
