This rubber kneader mixer is a new and high-tech equipment developed for the mixing of rubber and plastic products.

The machine is mainly used for plasticating and mixing of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and plastics, and used in the mixing of various low glue degree materials.
The machine is our advanced new type mixing equipment of rubber and plastics industry, each characteristic is so advanced as the same product of foreign. It furnished with reasonable designing, construction tightly packed, occupying small area, installing convenience, high efficiency of production, operating simply. It is easy for cleaning the mixing chamber and replacing color material, cooling & heating system is good, the mixing chamber adopts close construction. All these, the working environment is very good. Since new sealing designing, we get excellent result in sealing and everlasting.
Main Features:
1. With completely sealed condition, materials are mixed or plasticized under certain pressure, controllable temperature, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stable quality.
2. Spiral angle and over lapping length of the blades of the rotors are of reasonable design and make the materials to be dispersed uniformly.
3. Surface where is contracted with the machine are all plated with hard chromium and polished, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
4. Jacket construction is adopted in parts that surfaces contact with materials to achieve excellent water-cooling or steam-heating effect and fit in with the needs of plastics and rubber processing technology.
5. Feeding from back door on the frame(or separate top door) is convenient ofr continuous process operation in production line. The mixing chamber is able to turn forward by 140 around th front rotors to discharge and is easy for changing pigments and cleaning the chamber.
6. Programmable logic controller (PLC) is adopted in the electric-control system, which has reliable control function and alarm function, and interlock safety-protection function and it is provided with serial interface of net.
7. This mixer is new and high-tech equipment developed for the mixing of high-power or low-power foaming plastics and for the foaming of rubber and plastics products.
8. This mixer possesses of the automatically contstant temperature water supply system and the high and low pressure control device of ram.
9. This mixer prosseses of the time sequential control and temperature sequential control functions.
10. According to the requirement, the revolution speed of front rotor can be raised up to Upwards of 40r/min.
11. According to the request of users, the heating mode can be provided with the steam heating, electric heating or heating by heat conductive oil.
12. Most ideal for rubber and plastics mixing.
