3.Structure introduction
The machine is composed of head, frame, pedestal, pipeline, lubricating system and electrical control system.
Screw is made of 38CrMoALA, the reducer transfers drive through the motor. In order to heating or cooling screw, screw is hollow, add steam or cooling water through the rotated joint. Screw is a dicephalous isometry screw thread, and screw thread is wearable due to the surface of screw thread is heating nitrous treatment. Screw works when the frame is in pressure, and the axial drive is supported by thrust roller axletree in thrust axletree bedplate .
4. Features:
(1). Screw form double threads,equal pitch and depth
(2). Match a single head or cutter head with hydraulic tightening
(3). Jacketed type barrel can be cooled for cooling the rubbers effectively.
(4) Smoothly running and high output.
(5) Equipped with die-head auto opening system when electric power is cut off.
5. Structure of rubber strainer
(1). The rubber strainer consists of end, body,screw, reducer,
coupling, motor, hydraulic head, base, water (steam) pipe and cabinet,etc.
(2).There is groove between the body and bush for running the steam or cooling water. The
bush is replaceable. At the rear part, there is a square feed hopper. The material is pressed into the head through the screen by rotating of screw.
(3). The gear ring of head is quick-lock bayonet type with hydraulic opening. After the running for
a certain period of time or when the screen is broken, the head should be opened in order to
change the screen. Otherwise, the output and quality of the strained rubber would be obviously
affected.
