Rubber strainer extruder is used for cleaning up impurities in rubber material
and reclaimedrubber. It is also used for filtrating produce vamp
and tube compound.

before strainer machine working , it needs preheating machine body ,which you can pass steam or hot water for preheating
It is the main parts of the extrusion rubber . screw’s helix is adopt double screw thread , it’s compression ratio’s structure . the screw is made of high quality carbon steel, after heat treatment ,the rigidity reach the wearable need HRC47-52 ,there is a long hole in middle of screw ,according to different need progress bushing steam heating and cold water cooling .
3.2 Mechanical coat
It is the part of control temperature of rubber material it is fixed between bush and frame , there are multilevel radiator fan, heating or cooling ‘s medium (steam or water)increase the contacted area and resident time ,so capability of heating is better than no radiator fan outer bush , when using it , control expediently . there is a measure temperature point , temperature value is showed by a thermometer is fixed on frame
.
Frame of main part of the machine , it cooperate with multilevel radiator fan ,frame and out cover can through heating or cooling medium , there is
feed hopper on frame , with cuts feeds type to feed raw material . considered the counter-pressure has the material adverse current , there is a small hole nearby the feed hopper opposite direction, make a few adverse current material outflow frame, or else disturb bearing drive, departure center ora, feed rapidly ,increase output .
