M1380x3000 cylindrical grinding gachine
M1380 cylindrical grinding machine is a plain-type cylindrical grinder, mainly used for grinding cylindrical surface requiring accuracy-class IT6-IT7, suitable for single-piece or small batch production.
Worktable long, movement is carried out by means of hydraulic drive with infinitely variable speed, or by handwheel drive. Wheelhead cross feed is provided with auto. Hydraulic micro intermittent-feed and rapid advance and retract, and also with rough and fine feed by means of handwheel.
Work rotating speed is realized in accor dance with the electric-adjusted infinitely-variable speed, and driven by AC frequency-conversion motor.
Wheel spindle is supported by hydro-satic-pressure bearings, for raising ground surface quality,
Wheelhead cross feed is provided with magnetic-grating digital display unit for displacement, and also equipped with grinding indicator for the convenience of operation.
Open-type screw-throttle hydro-static-pressure guides are adopted as wheelhead carriage and worktable guides with stable working.
