Features of plaster powder grinder machine :

5. With application of centralized controlling electric control system, no operator is in the operating room.
Qorking principle of plaster powder grinder machine
Firstly, raw material is crushed by hammer crusher to the size required, then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper
from which the material is transported through the electro magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously
into the plaster powder grinder machine . The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force
and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.After this, the ground stuff are carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycle back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The sets airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.
The application of plaster powder grinder machine
plaster powder grinder machine is used to grind materials in the fields of construction, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry. The materials should be non-flammable and non-explosive. Examples of the materials are: quartz, feldspar, barite, fluorite, dolomite, garnet, carborundum, bauxite, zircon, marble, calcite, iron ore, rock phosphate, coal, ceram, slag and so on (400 kinds of materials).
The materials should have the hardness less than 9.3 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be changed from 325 to 2500 meshes.
