1)Traverse is mounted steel structure,high quality linear rail,driven by AC servo motor,high quality synchronous belt to move the axis at high speed and strength with precise positioning;
2)Single beam structre on crosswise,high quality aluminum alloy material and linear rail on main body.Driven by AC servo motor,high quality gear wheel and rack to move the axis at high speed and strength,light weight,low noise anf with precise positioning;
3)Both main arm and auxiliary arm have a two-stage multi-speed mechanism.The principal body is comprised of high-quality profiled aluminum alloy beam,high-quality linear guide,driven by high-quality cylinder and designed with special gas circuits,Therefore,it realizes lower speed  outside the mold ang high speed inside the mold;
4)The single axis servo sidling fulfills multi-point parking.The servomotor realizes crosswise moving ang position adjustment,facilitating the adjustment ang making the operations easy.Under PLC control,the robot features strong interference resistance and modularized design ang stores more than 20 modes.It is simple and easy to understand the manual bo`s interface.
