1. Application:
This machine is mainly used to make the sand cores for the sand casting industries.
2. Machine Feature:
1.Vertical assigning type, fetching core in level line, with catching core conveyor(semi-automatic without conveyor ).
2.Three kinds of functions as manual, single-cycle automatic, automatic circulation .
3.Import pneumatic, electric component, Japanese Mitsubishi PLC controls, high dependability.
4.The two-way air cylinder core, with bottom pulling core, suitable for making various sand core.
5.It is convenient to install mould, and can regulate from side to side, from head to foot.
6.The sand tube has vibration organizations, especially suitable for the bad mobility resin sand.
