XT-500ML Large Volume Infusion Bottle Filling Production Line
Main features
This production line consists of four facilities ,XT-LP bottle-feeding machine, XT-612 drum-type bottle-washing machine,XT-618 plug-putting and filling machine and XT-610 cap rolling and pressing machine.
Suitable for manufacture of large capacity injection, external use agentia and other liquid form. It can be matched with sterilization and drying facilities.
Upright bottles stacked on bottle-feeding machine automatically enter into ultrasonic washing machine and are being gross rinsed with ultrasonic washing and fine washed with three-water-and-one-air. Ultrasonic washing machine is equipped with automatic safety device, which will not smash bottles as it can stop feeding when bottles are blocked. After washing, bottles are transported into plug-putting and filling machine. This machine has high filling accuracy and can be disassembly and sterilized conveniently, adopting quick-joint stainless steel piston pump. It can stop filling and putting plugs when there are not bottles. Sealed mouth is rigorous and beautiful with the adopting of three-blade cap rolling and pressing mechanism and pneumatic protector.
