1. What about your MOQ?
MOQ for indoor special shape customized led display is 5 square meters. Actually, we can make solution and proposition according to your neds. You if you have needs for led scren, please tell us more details, this will help us to make reasonable solution for you.
2.How about the payment?
As rule, T/T payment or Western Union payment is both ok. 40% payment first for our production, 60% balance before our delivery. We will take photos and videos for you before delivery for your check. And you can also ask your Chinese friend come to our factory for QC. Before our delivery, your screen already has 72 hours test without stop in our factory to ensure our real quality.
3.How's your delivery?
There are 3 ways for delivery, air trnsportation, shipping by sea and DHL/FEDEX express. When over 150KG, we advise ship by air or ship by sea. If it is not so urgent, ship by sea for special shape led display is the most favourable.
4.How about your warranty?
We provide 2 years free warranty and lifespan maintain service/lifespan technical support. So if any problem for your led tv, you can contact with us, we will solve trouble for you within 24 hours. For important project, we can also send our engineer to your country for training. Our engineer will teach your team how to maintain led screeen and train your team for correct operation of led screen.
5.What is your port?
Our nearest seaport is Yantian port, and the nearest airport is Shenzhen Airport and HK Airport.
