INTRODUCTION:
Hl-W200,HL-400W automatic laser welder adopts manual programming automatic dual-purpose worktable, electric focusing, 16 group precise waveform control; suitable for mold repair, and welding all kinds of electronic products; the main advantages as follows:
(1) Electric regulate the lever of laser focus: it is convenient to regulate lever of laser rapidly through the manual button on the panel, which makes the laser focusing become simple and fast.
(2) Positioning function of welding spot: it through the red light direction to find the rough place of welding spot on the work piece, aiming at the location of welding spot accurately by using binocular high-magnification microscope observation.
(3) Electric regulating multiple size of scattering mirror (regulating the facula size).
(4)Manual control the movement of XY mobile worktable, optional automatic welding function of electric control at the same time, which can realize automatic welding of products in high speed.
(5) Integrative design, small size, compact structure, so it's convenient and practical.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Heat created by highly concentrated and focused laser will melt the welding wires instantly together with the broken part on the mould. The welded part can be smoothened by electric sparking or grinding. Trachoma, crack, broken corner or edge can be quickly and nicely repaired.
Weld point, straight line, circle, square or any plane graphs drawn by AUTOCAD; weld vertical track.
Wide range of adjustments of the laser output parameters allows to process metal parts made of steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and alloys. Dimensions of the parts can be varied from very small (e. G. Wires) to rather big (300x 200x100 mm) and up to 100 KG weight and more.

CONTROLLING SYSTEM
Using improved the built-in single-chip machine for double closed loop control precision. its stability and operation ability is greater than similar products.
GAS PROTECTION SYSTEM
Changed to double-channel synchronous argon protection system, make the argon better , make the welding more firm and beautiful, and keep the advantages of the original--the synchronous control of laser launch, can save argon at most.
