Portable trailer type transformer oil purifier processing machine
ZYD-M type Transformer oil purifier processing machine equips car wheels, which can be easily moved to any work point by traction. It is especially suitable for purifying transformer oil which locates in fields. This machine can seriously recover transformer oil. The treated transformer oil can reuse again in transformer.
ZYD-M oil processing system machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides and free carbon in the oil effectively.

1.Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil such as water, air and gas.

Q: How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?
A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
