enclosed type transformer oil filtration and oil treatment plant
Series ZYD transformer oil filtration can remove water and gas in the insulating oil under high temperature and vacuity. it use more precise filter system to filter out impurities(filtering precision: 1-3um). It ia mainly used for purification of oil for transformer with voltage higher than 220kv. It can increase oil breakdown voltage by at least 40kv.They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cylic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers....
Made with advanced techniques and innovative designs, the product is hailed as excellent in cost performance. Its oil treatment techniques and overall performance are at leading position in China.. Its features include high working vacuum, fast oil filtering, and sound oil quality protection. It is mainly used for purification of oil for high-voltage and extra high voltage electric facilities, and can increase oils breakdown voltage by at least 35KV at a time. This series may include two types: regular closed type and trailer mobile type. They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cyclic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers.
Besides, they can also be configured into three-stage high-vacuum oil purifiers to meet customers greater needs for oil treatment
1.Based on the high efficient vacuum oil filtration, roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added. Which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5pa.
2.Being able to remove water and gas and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status ,which achieves satisfactory dryness and could bring the breakdown voltage up to reduces the oil aging problem existing with ordinary purifier as caused by repeated heating.
3.Distinctive removing impurities technology filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power.
4.The advanced infrared level automatic control system. interlocking control foe pressure protection and power heating system ensure long-term safe and reliable operation.
5.Mobile equipment for outdoor use.
6.Live-line vacuum oiling and dehydrating feasible.

Q: How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?
A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
