Mobile type high vacuum transformer oil purification system plant
Series ZYD-M mobile outdoor type transformer oil purification plant is used for transformer oil dehydration and transformer oil degasification as well as other electrical insulating liquids such as silicone fluids with modern technique. ZYD-M Process is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength and includes the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and other particulate matter. The standard ZYD-M system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers). Series ZYD-M oil purifier can be used as an independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
1.Operational control can be switch- andrelay-logic or PLC with touchscreenOnline test and monitoring equipment
2.Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
3.Precise filtration system,high-quality filter element,multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7.Adopt interlocked protective system,which connect oil pump,heater and liquid level sensor,avoiding blank heating,blank pumping.
Series ZYD-M mobile type Transformer oil purification plant is suitable for filtering new oil ,imported oil and super HV transformer oil, particularly applicable to 110KV power distribution system and the national grid, shortening the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.

Transformer oil purification's Advantage:

Q: How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?
A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
