ZYD series double stage vacuum transformer oil treatment plant is manufactured according to standards, which go beyond Chinese legal criterion, dealing with almost insulation oil of power equipment more rapidly and effectively with the supporting of high vacuum and speed absorption. Thus the strength of insulation oil is much increased, and the dealing time has been shortened..

Q: How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?
A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
