Application:
ZYD series transformer oil cleaning equipment is mainly used to extend the lifetime of oils used in transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductor, voltage regulators and switch gear, or to inject the insulating oil into the transformers. Equipped with regenerators, ASSEN transformer oil cleaning equipments can improve the effect of de-acid, de-color and remove dielectric and acid more effectively. The value of breakdown voltage will increase from 15KV to 75KV. The performance and lifetime of insulating oil will improve and extend awfully after purification and regeneration.
Features:
1. High vacuum: High point-Vacuum≤5pa Working-vacuum≤35pa
2. High absorption speed: Absorption speed power≥333L/Sr.
3. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid wat er quickly
4. Distinctive removing impurity system which filters the impurity through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbs the impurity by high polymer without the mechanical power.
5. Carbon fiber infrared heating system that can have the oil contain zero sum of ethyne after the treatment.
6. Especially applied to vacuum filling oil and drying for power transmission equipments which power are over 110KV.
7. Any insulating oil can be treated on-line at the working site.

Performance:
In a single pass through the purifier at a full flow rate:
Water Removal: From 50 ppm down to less than 5 ppm in a single pass & down to 3 ppm after two passes. (According to the PPM Tester)
Gas Removal: From fully saturated with air (10% to 12% by volume) down to less than 0.1% by volume.
Particulate Matter Removal: 98% of particles over 0.5mm or over 1 mm or over 5mm at customers preference.
Dielectric Strength: Improve dielectric strength up to 75-80KV for New oil.
