A necessary equipment of all utility and industrial customers is continued transformer maintenance, Aside from avoiding over voltages,the primary process that promotes transformer longevity is oil reclamation. transformers require pure, clean oil to ensure dielectric strength and insulation properties.
Assen ZYD transformer oil purifier plants are suitable for cleaning of contaminated transformer oil, cable oil and insulating oil,etc. Depending on type contamination equipment are designed using combination of processes such as vacuum oil purifying, degassification, coalescing and filtration
1. Pre-Electromagnetic-valve before vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum oil flow backwards.
2. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa
3. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
4. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
5.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
6. Pre-gas-water separator before vacuum pump to prolong the vacuum pump and vacuum pump oil.
7. Double protecting system, Gas-water separator equips liquid level protector to prevent oil escape from vacuum pump
8. Optical oil foam detector and high oil level detector to prevent oil escape from vacuum pump
9. Low oil level sensor to prevent oil pump idle working, so prolong oil pump lifetime
10. Completely Intelligent pressure protector to protect oil pump and fine filter
11. Completely Intelligent vacuum controller to protect the booster pump
12. Fully intelligent temperature controller to prevent the large surge current
13. Phases protector, voltage overload protector to achieve unattended

Q: How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?
A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
