Product Application

Series ZYD-M Trailer mounted high vacuum transformer oil dehydration unit is suitable for filtering new oil ,imported oil and super HV transformer oil, particularly applicable to 110KV power distribution system and the national grid, shortening the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.

Product Features

1.Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil such as water, air and gas.

2. It can be widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition.

3. Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil.

4. An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system,liquid-level controlling system,defoaming controlling system,pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance.

5. Online work,allowing separated operation of manual operators from machine with lamps indicating the condition for operation.

6. It is humanization design with low noise,deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process.

Transformer oil dehydration unit:

In the transformer project, dielectric strength and dry of transformer oil is most important. For keeping transformer oil absolutely clean and drying, our company develop ZYD-M trailer mounted transformer oil dehydration unit, it uses two stages vacuum dehydration and degasification system. We also install three stage filtering system for removing particles well. ZYD-M trailer mounted transformer oil dehydration unit is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, traffic, railway and others project.

Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
