water removal completely transformer oil purifier system
Our ZYD water removal completely transformer oil purifier system are used to remove impurities from transformer and switchgear oil such as moisture, dirt, air and other gases. This is a low temperature and high vacuum principle based equipment as per the International Standards 6034 (1989) and its latest revision. We manufacture plants of variable capacities of 600 to 18,000 lph which can be customized to special capacities if required by the clients.
1.A capability of reducing moisture content from 50ppm to 3ppm moisture and 12% gas content to less than 0.1% by volume. 98% of particulate matter will also be removed.
2. Double-Stage vacuum system,strong power of vacuum evacuating,ultimate vacuum value no more than 5Pa
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology,combined with unique and advanced dewatering,degassing components,can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas,from oil.
4. An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system,liquid-level controlling system,defoaming controlling system,pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance
5. Online work,allowing separated operation of manual operators from machine with lamps indicating the condition for operation.
6 It is humanization design with low noise,deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process.
Moisture within a transformer can lead to premature aging, can increase the rate paper decay and lead to the dielectric failure in extreme cases. Assen ZYD transformer oil purifier system unit will reduce the moisture content of transformer oil and windings. A dehydration treatment can be conducted via a hot oil dry-out or a high vacuum dry-out.

Q: How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?
A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
